I would have to say that our bodies are pretty adaptable when it comes to performing tasks and holding certain positions for short periods of time. Generally speaking, though, our lives are pretty redundant.  We perform many of the same tasks and movements over and over and hold certain positions for long stretches at a time. We can develop patterns of dysfunction in our posture, the way we hold ourselves when sitting or standing, that might generate pain or prevent us from moving to the best of our abilities.

My name is Scott Kingphavong, and I want to bring symmetry back to your life. My goal is to identify strain patterns and help release muscle restrictions that affect your resting posture and your body's ability to walk and move. By doing so, I hope to help prevent future injury or chronic pain that often accompanies dysfunction. Both professional athletes and those those that sit for long stretches can benefit from my focus on postural alignment.
